We are looking for a Service Support Manager - Access Control Software for a structure, one of the world leaders in access solutions, located in the Lausanne region. Service Support Manager - Access Control SoftwareMISSION DESCRIPTIONYou will manage deployment projects and access control systems on the software side. You will supervise support activities and ensure service quality in compliance with SLAs. You will coordinate the team of commissioning consultants, prioritize and distribute activities, and ensure effective incident management and resolution. You will optimize support processes (methodology, technique, KPIs). You will be the technical reference for software solutions and other associated services.PROFILEYou have at least 5 years of experience in software support coupled with managing a support service. You have excellent knowledge in infrastructure and networks. You know how to establish a lasting trust relationship with clients. You have a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Good knowledge of English and/or German (min. B2/C1).
