A team leader "development & maintenance – cemeteries" at 100% within the green spaces sector



Under the direction of the head of the urban environment service and the foreman of the "green spaces" sector, you will collaborate with two other team leaders to manage a team of more than ten people who maintain and flower more than 200,000 m2 of green spaces all year round: roundabouts, parks, tree-lined avenues and relaxation areas.

Your mission

  • Lead the concerned team by distributing activities among collaborators, giving them instructions and controlling the work performed
  • Participate in the maintenance and development of the municipality's green spaces (park cleaning, planting, pruning, paving, etc.)
  • Maintain ponds and water features
  • Participate in the maintenance of municipal cemeteries
  • Participate in the snow duty and winter road maintenance operations
  • Participate in the logistical activities of events

Your profile

  • Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a horticulturist – landscaping orientation or equivalent training
  • Category B driving licence
  • Significant experience in team leadership
  • M1 KBMF permit, an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, courtesy and kindness towards cemetery visitors
  • Organisational skills, aesthetic sense and creativity
