Among them, the MEROBA Geneva 111.3 Agency, which aims to manage the affiliations of companies in the technical building trades, collect and control the application of federal and cantonal social contributions.

A SALARY AND SOCIAL INSURANCE SPECIALIST (M/F) AT 100%

Your main tasks:Affiliation to institutions

Support and inform companies during their affiliation to our various institutions, check their solvency and enter the information into the system

Nominal lists, decisions and disputes

Check the correct application of contributions based on salaries.Issue decisions, default assessments.Process public holidays and holiday deductions.Control the collection of contributions, issue reminders and pursue recovery proceduresAdvise and support companies.Transmission of information to other institutionsInform, process and transmit various information requests to related institutions.Check and apply the SCIProjectsMonitor regulatory and legislative developments.Participate in updating and developing the system.

Your profile:

Training: Mandatory social insurance certificate.

Experience: Minimum 5 years.Solid professional experience and proven expertise in salary and social insurance management in Switzerland

You are organised, precise and client- and solution-oriented

You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to demonstrate diplomacy and tact

You are comfortable with numbers and common IT tools (good command of Excel and .csv files)
