To strengthen our team, we are recruiting: Risk Management Specialist (100%) - Permanent Contract Location: Lausanne Start Date: As soon as possible What you bring to our Risk Management and Internal Control Service (GRiCI) is your active contribution to the work of the service for the Audit Committee as well as the EVAM Management. GRiCI helps ensure compliance with and control of financial and accounting standards, the applicable legal and regulatory framework of the establishment, as well as risk management. Your work will be transversal because you will collaborate with all areas and entities, contribute to consolidating developing frameworks, and carry out analyses that inform managerial decisions. Your Key Missions: - Identify, analyze, and assess financial and compliance risks; participate in establishing measures and controls in collaboration with stakeholders. - Execute audit missions, under the supervision of the service manager, as part of the planning of the Audit Committee and management. - Carry out controls and reviews on financial and accounting processes, related to legal requirements and applicable standards at EVAM. - Ensure follow-up on issues raised in audit reports. - Contribute to updating the regulatory framework (e.g., directives, procedures, guidelines). Your Profile: - A Bachelor's degree in business management/economics, federal diploma as a finance and accounting expert, or CIA, CFE, or ERM/COSO certification, with a minimum of 2 years in the financial and accounting field (external audit is a plus). - Good command of financial analysis and reporting tools. - Discretion, sense of ethics, and respect for confidentiality. - Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and precision.
