Mission: Support apprentices throughout their training process (CFC, AFP, beneficiaries within the framework of educational measures (MI) or reintegration measures (MR)). Ensure individualized socio-professional supervision on the ground. Train apprentices using specialized pedagogical methods, promoting the development of their skills and their professional integration. Actively participate in their development and in the construction of their professional project. Manage with the team budget management, preparing estimates, prospecting and searching for clients. Write reports and follow-ups. Provide technological teaching and ensure adapted pedagogical support according to the needs of the apprentices. Maintain and develop a network of partner companies. Search for, negotiate, and organize internship placements. Profile and skills: CFC Painter in building + CFFE - Certificate would be a plus. Professional experience of at least 5 years as a socio-professional master or successful selection would be an advantage. Knowledge of the economic fabric and interpersonal skills appropriate for supporting and training young people in difficulty. Dynamic, team-oriented with real abilities to work in a team.
