The Clair Bois Foundation is a private organisation benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. Across its six sites located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Child and Adolescent Centre), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg and in the City of Geneva (Adult Centre), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also supports young people in initial training and employs a significant number of staff in adapted employment.

For its Adult Centre, the Foundation is looking for: A Pool Nurse

Job Description:

- As a member of a pool and holding a permanent contract, you ensure planned or unplanned replacements in the apartments and day centres of the Foundation's Adult Centre.

- As part of your replacements, your mission is to:

- Promote and develop care services in the fields of health, palliative care, pain management, dietetics and hygiene measures

- Ensure the application of care necessary to maintain the beneficiary's health while respecting the concept of delegated medical acts

- Participate in the activities of an apartment hosting people with disabilities and/or multiple disabilities

- Support beneficiaries in accordance with the objectives of the personalised project

- Contribute to setting up and participating in individual or collective activities and get involved in the daily life of the home

- Supervise the application of treatments prescribed by doctors

- Inform the health manager, management and various sectors about the residents' health statusEnsure the follow-up of the care files of the apartment's beneficiaries

- Participate in the development of the Adult Centre

Qualifications:

- Hold a nursing diploma with the right to practise

- Interest in people with disabilities and/or multiple disabilities, professional experience with people with disabilities

- Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with beneficiaries, their families and the health network.

- Knowledge of psychiatry is an asset

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

- Proficiency in common computer tools

- Swiss nationality or valid permit
