The Beaulac Hotel is a superior 4-star establishment with 116 rooms, ideally located by the lake with breathtaking views of the Alps and the city of Neuchâtel. It features unique venues such as our panoramic bar Waves on the 7th floor, the Lake Side restaurant, as well as a modern conference centre.

As part of our development, we are looking for a motivated, committed and value-sharing Chef de Rang on a permanent contract at 100%: commitment, cohesion, respect, appreciation and self-improvement.

Your main duties:

• Prepare the dining room according to the establishment’s standards and the expected number of covers
• Welcome, seat and advise our guests throughout the service
• Present the menu, take orders and ensure a professional and smooth service
• Clear and reset tables meticulously
• Promote our offers and contribute to a memorable customer experience

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Rang in a similar category establishment or a brasserie
• Hotel diploma or CFC in catering
• Neat appearance, excellent communication and strong service orientation
• Proactivity, autonomy, organisation
• Native French speaker with a very good level of English required
• Available to work split shifts, evenings and weekends
