La Côte's mission is to help dependent individuals or those with health issues to remain in their living environment for as long as possible. Through its CMS in Mies, Nyon, Gland, Rolle, Aubonne, St-Prex, and Morges, it ensures care to promote, maintain, and/or restore health, maximize autonomy, and foster social integration for its clients while supporting their relatives. To complete its teams in Terre-Sainte, Nyon, St-Prex, and Morges, La Côte is looking for: A health care assistant (full-time, %) Responsibilities Include providing basic care, family assistance, and household help in the homes of individuals with physical or mental dependence. Qualifications Include a 120-hour health care assistant certificate or equivalent foreign diploma with equivalence in Switzerland. You ideally have previous experience in this field. Besides a clear interest in elderly care and home support, you are autonomous and work in a multidisciplinary environment. Flexibility is one of your qualities (days, evenings, and weekends/hours). A driving license is essential.
