We are looking for talents who share our values of commitment, cohesion, respect, and self-improvement to strengthen our team.Receptionist in hospitality rotating day/night at 100%Your main missions:- Ensure a warm and professional welcome, compliant with the standards of the establishment, both day and night, with a strong availability to work night shifts.- Rigorously supervise check-in, check-out, and billing processes to ensure a smooth, secure, and personalized customer experience.- Manage correspondence, both telephone and email, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.- Anticipate specific customer needs while maintaining proactive communication with different departments of the hotel.- Accompany guests to their rooms if necessary, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.- Provide accurate and relevant information on tourism, cultural, and event activities in Neuchâtel, enriching guests' stays.- Handle and relay customer feedback to the relevant services, continuously improving the quality of service.- Organize and coordinate night-specific requests (wake-up calls, breakfast, room service, taxi, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.- Update schedules and ensure the proper delivery of services.- Assume responsibility for the safety of persons and property during the night, strictly applying internal procedures and directives.- Finalize daily reports: daily close of the PMS (revenue, cash management), ensuring data reliability and transparency.- Maintain a level of excellence in service quality under all circumstances, actively contributing to customer satisfaction.Desired profile:- Diploma in the hotel sector or confirmed experience in reception, ideally in a 4 or 5-star establishment.- Excellent communication skills and impeccable customer service sense.- Bilingual in French/English.
