A 50% Receptionist - Balcon du Jura.vd Health Network
Your tasks:
- Reception, information and guidance
- Telephone switchboard
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Entry of administrative data and monitoring-control of information related to the administrative management of clients
- Various specific tasks related to the needs of the service
Required profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent
- Proficiency in common MS Office computer tools; knowledge of OPALE: an advantage
- Excellent command of French and knowledge of English an advantage
- Experience in the hospital environment or as a receptionist
- Ease in communicating and working in a team
- Resistance to stressful situations, empathy and diplomacy
- Autonomy, organisational skills and rigour
- Flexibility in working hours (also working weekends and public holidays)
- Start date: September 2026 or to be agreed
