It does so independently, diligently, and rigorously. It is distributed across three sites and comprises the following sections: civil court chamber, child and adult protection authority (APEA), minor criminal court, police court, criminal court, and court of coercive measures. The Regional Court of the Littoral and the Val-de-Travers is recruiting for a mission secretary position. As a secretary, you participate in managing the cases within the jurisdiction of the Regional Court of the Littoral and the Val-de-Travers. In your role, you are responsible for the establishment and processing of judicial files. This includes drafting both correspondence and decisions, organizing hearings, and assisting in them, particularly by taking minutes (by dictation or on the fly). You are also responsible for tracking schedules and deadlines at the level. Additionally, you are tasked with sending, enforcing, and archiving the rendered decisions while serving as the first point of contact to welcome and inform the litigants or other services, whether at the counter or by phone. Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification, you have previous experience relevant to the position, ideally in the judicial field or in a law office. Recognized for your loyalty and discretion, you strongly adhere to the values of public service and possess a sense of responsibility. Excellent command of French, typing skills, and knowledge of the Office suite are prerequisites for this position. Self-reliant, with a strong sense of initiative, you are capable of making decisions while respecting competencies. You appreciate handling complex files that require attention to detail. Furthermore, you stand out for your extreme precision. You are also able to quickly adapt to new environments and integrate into a team. Resilient to stress, you manage to process a significant volume of tasks and respond to multiple requests while respecting both urgency levels and deadlines due to your excellent priority management. This position also requires possession of a clean criminal record and a record of civil actions.
