We are looking, for our client located in eastern Lausanne, for a:

Responsibilities :

• Administrative and technical management of condominiums and a property portfolio
  
• Conducting meetings
• Providing information to owners
• Handling rent decreases and increases
• Handling terminations and lettings
• Carrying out inspections, preliminary visits and condition reports
• Technical monitoring of maintenance and renovation works
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules
• Possibility to manage a portfolio solely of condominiums if desired

• 30 - 50 years old
• Commercial employee CFC, equivalent profile or qualification
• Federal diploma as property manager (= an asset)
• Minimum 3-5 years professional experience as a condominium manager
• Very good knowledge of tenancy law and condominium regulations
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Start date to be agreed
