The READOM CMS is an innovative programme specialised in home rehabilitation. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for a maximum of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their relatives and the care network.

MISSION

As part of the creation of this role within READOM and the implementation of a new planning organisation, you will play a key role in structuring and developing this activity.

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Organise and ensure the scheduling of services for the READOM CMS, with autonomous management of this activity from 1 January 2027;
  • Organise the evening rounds of the Support Team;
  • Actively contribute to the creation and structuring of the scheduling function within READOM;
  • Participate in the implementation of the new scheduling organisation and support the team during this transition;
  • Ensure, using our software, the scheduling of services provided by our professionals at clients’ homes;
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to services and activity reporting;
  • Transmit necessary information to colleagues for the smooth running of their activities;
  • Adapt scheduling to needs and unforeseen events, seeking solutions to ensure continuity of services.

PROFILE

  • Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification;
  • Proven experience in scheduling in the home care sector;
  • Knowledge of APROMAD, AVASAD is an asset;
  • Ability to contribute to the creation and structuring of a new function;
  • Ease in supporting change and implementing new processes;
  • Excellent organisational, anticipatory and priority management skills;
  • Good stress management and ability to quickly find solutions to unforeseen events;
  • Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with different professions;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Autonomy, adaptability and availability.

7:30am-12:00pm / 1:30pm-5:30pm
