Job description:

• Complete rental and administrative management of a private property portfolio
• Preparation of leases and amendments and monitoring of deadlines
• Handling rent decreases, increases and indexations
• Processing terminations and re-letting of properties
• Direct contact with our owners, tenants, concierges and partners

Your profile:

• At least one year of experience in a property management company in Switzerland
• Recognised qualifications (USPI, APGCI or equivalent) would be an advantage
• Strong writing skills
• Highly motivated and excellently organised
• Ability to anticipate and plan. Good stress resistance
• Customer service oriented with good listening skills and empathy
• Proficient with common IT tools; knowledge of Quorum is an asset
• Excellent command of French with knowledge of English
• Motivated to join a close-knit and competent team
• Ready to take on a challenge with a long-term commitment in mind
