Job description:

  • Assist the managers in rental and administrative management
  • Preparation of leases and amendments and monitoring of deadlines
  • Processing of rent decreases, increases and indexations
  • Handling terminations and re-letting of properties
  • Direct contact with our owners, tenants, concierges and partners

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a real estate agency
  • Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent
  • Excellent command of French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English (conversational level) is desirable
  • Structured and rigorous organisation
  • A customer service mindset, with listening skills and empathy
  • Comfortable using IT tools, knowledge of Quorum is an asset
  • Motivated to join a close-knit and competent team
  • Ready to take on a challenge with the intention of committing long-term
