100% Rental Assistant
Job description:
- Assist the managers in rental and administrative management
- Preparation of leases and amendments and monitoring of deadlines
- Processing of rent decreases, increases and indexations
- Handling terminations and re-letting of properties
- Direct contact with our owners, tenants, concierges and partners
Your profile:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a real estate agency
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English (conversational level) is desirable
- Structured and rigorous organisation
- A customer service mindset, with listening skills and empathy
- Comfortable using IT tools, knowledge of Quorum is an asset
- Motivated to join a close-knit and competent team
- Ready to take on a challenge with the intention of committing long-term
