Our building materials trading company for construction and civil engineering in Satigny is looking for a 100% offers and bids manager

Your tasks:

• Receive requests for offers and bids from clients
• Launch calls for tenders with suppliers and conduct negotiations
• Receive and analyse suppliers' offers
• Complete bids, monitor awards and draft offers
• Receive client orders
• Counter replacement: welcome and advise customers, take orders and prepare delivery notes or receipts for the supply of goods, check returned goods and manage returns to the supplier

Your profile:

• Technical or commercial training, ideally in the construction field
• Proven experience in building materials trading or in the construction sector
• Good knowledge of building materials and their specific uses
• Strong interest in customer relations and advice
• Sharp organisational skills and ability to follow procedures
• Strong team spirit
