AUXILIARY TECHNICIAN 100% The Municipality of Montreux is announcing a position for a maximum duration until the return of the incumbent, with the possibility of renewal. Main tasks: Conduct studies and develop preliminary projects with alternative solutions. Manage and establish projects, estimates, and calls for tenders. Ensure monitoring of construction sites, measurements, and accounting of completed work. Participate in writing proposals, notices, reports, and comments for investigation files. Collaborate with the relevant municipal services during project planning and execution. Control developments at the interface between public and private domains, inform property owners and others about the public domain and municipal collectors. Participate in inspections of private property drainage. Collaborate with group leaders for all federal capacity tasks (CFC) in civil engineering, technician, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering project management and site monitoring. Good knowledge of road construction techniques and underground networks. Knowledge of standards in the field of road construction and underground networks. Knowledge of standardized articles (CAN) and compliance with activities, particularly the public procurement law. Proficient writing skills and good spelling. Interest in numbers. Ability to engage with others and a sense of public service. A meticulous and rigorous person. Sense of responsibility and discretion. Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD), a CAD software (Messerli or similar), and project management (MS Project or similar). Mastery of MS Project tools.
