Description
As part of the development of one of our partners specialised in metalwork, technical closures, and building equipment, we are looking for an experienced After-Sales Service Technician to strengthen the teams.
Your role:
- Ensure troubleshooting and maintenance interventions with clients
- Diagnose malfunctions and propose appropriate solutions
- Work on various equipment such as doors, windows, closures, locksmith elements and metalwork (balustrades, stairs, gates, glass roofs, ...)
- Carry out necessary repairs, adjustments and restorations
- Guarantee the quality of interventions and client satisfaction
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of completed interventions
- Represent the company professionally to clients
Profile sought:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in locksmithing, metal construction, technical closures or building maintenance
- Excellent ability to diagnose and solve technical problems
- Autonomy, rigour and customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Driving licence essential
- Availability for a start in early July or as agreed
- Experience of the Swiss market: a valued asset
