University/HES Intern Performance & Talent (HR) (m/f/x) A solid and forward-looking employer, Vaudoise is one of the leading insurers in Switzerland. Active in the professional sector, it promotes the development of young talents, training over 120 learners each year. Within the Performance & Talent team of our Human Resources department, we are looking for an intern at 100% for an immediate start or by agreement for a duration of 6 months. Within this team, you will provide crucial support for the culture and development of talent through the following missions: - Actively contribute to the deployment of Performance, Talent, Culture & Leadership at Vaudoise by ensuring smooth events, tracking actions and costs, and supporting project managers.- Participate in the cultural evolution of Vaudoise by supporting initiatives that engage teams towards greater agility and collective performance.- Assist in the creation of support materials and communications (slides, FAQs, news updates) and in events (organization, participant feedback collection).- Help update and distribute reference documents (culture, leadership, managerial skills) and associated materials.- Participate in the collection, processing, and analysis of data (cultural surveys, program feedback, events).- Contribute to the life of internal communities (managers, cultural ambassadors, mentors, etc.) through meetings and the dissemination of best practices.- Provide general support to projects (tracking, updating files, synthesizing documents).Your profile:- You are currently pursuing an academic degree in a field closely related to Human Resources, management, or social sciences (Bachelor/Master).- You are organized, comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and various tools, and have a strong interest in corporate culture and leadership.- You are proactive and have good mastery of Microsoft 365 tools.- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and ideally in German.- You enjoy working in a team.The HR team looks forward to receiving your complete application (CV, cover letter, and the last 3 report cards). jidb5d6a9caen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
