As a HR BP, you will act as a partner to the teams by aligning HR priorities with business objectives and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Our client is a well-established medium-sized company recognized in the hospitality and services sector.Responsibilities:- Act as a partner to the teams by aligning HR priorities with business objectives.- Provide support to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and engagement, and assist managers in workforce management.- Define and drive recruitment strategies, manage the entire selection process up to the offer, and ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.- Maintain complete and compliant records in accordance with Swiss law and GDPR, ensure legal and documentation compliance, collaborate during audits, and contribute to budgets, reports, and HR analyses.- Oversee the cooperation with Payroll and related matters to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, manage sensitive issues fairly, and promote a work culture that is open, inclusive, and aligned with company values.- Organize internal events to strengthen cohesion and engagement.- Support managers in performance management, development plans, and needs assessments.- Aid in succession planning and the development of key talent.- Analyze and coordinate training needs, oversee the implementation of targeted learning programs.- Ensure the efficiency and compliance of HR processes, guarantee the reliability of data in systems, analyze HR metrics, and formulate recommendations.- Participate in projects and support transitions from university to HR, business, or related fields (ideally with a federal diploma).Experience required:- At least 5 years as a HR Business Partner in the hospitality or highly service-oriented environments.- Demonstrated knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices.- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and an advanced command (C1) of French and English.- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.- Approachable and capable of establishing trust.- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a strong ability to make informed decisions.- A positive attitude, sense of priorities while effectively navigating a demanding and fast-paced environment.Conditions and Benefits:- A recognized and well-established institution.- A temporary position with a fixed purpose.- A highly varied role presenting exciting challenges.- Engaging projects.- A corporate culture focused on excellence and a fast-paced, learning-oriented work environment. jid4ae525eaen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
