As a customer advisor at our Nyon location, you will be the first point of contact for our clients in case of emergencies. This position does not include any activity in Customer Service for Travel & Health (f/m/d) TOGETHER, CELEBRATING SUCCESSES. Together for the real assistance of people in difficulty around the world. Regular phone contacts with our clientele, our subsidiaries, and our correspondents. Claims management: processing of claims and decision-making on coverage of costs. Invoice processing: handling invoices and settling claims. Concierge services. Your skills:You love customer service over the phone. You know what exceptional customer service is and are available for your clients every day. You have a team spirit and an organized and meticulous working method. Ideally, you have some experience in invoice processing or claims settlement. You possess good oral and written skills in German, French, and advanced English.
