MISSION Provide troubleshooting support in machine and process technology for customers and internal staff. Manage service operations from planning through briefings to execution. Ensure effective communication between service technicians, development, and production. Contribute to product and quality improvements based on feedback from the field. Support customers and branches on-site if required (traveling up to approx. 40%). Participate in meetings and enable quick solutions for our customers. YOUR PROFILE You have completed training as an electronics technician, industrial electronics technician, or similar. Experience in machinery or plant engineering as well as knowledge of Siemens PLCs are a significant advantage. Good knowledge of control and regulation technology. Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and good command of both German and English (other languages are a plus).
