Become our new contact for the Romandy region and design innovative solutions with us for traffic technology with the main mission: Customer management and market development Monitoring, maintenance, and targeted development of existing customers Acquisition of new customers and long-term customer development Responsibility for business development in the Romandy region Sales and customer advisory Regular field visits and project-related client meetings Competent advice on products, services, and technical solutions Follow-up with clients at various decision-making levels, particularly: Territorial units of the OFROU (motorway maintenance centers) Cantonal public works services Cities and large municipalities Construction and infrastructure companies Engineering offices Specialized technical advice on products Priority to the Roads division The following divisions may be added later for tailored solutions Development of client-specific solutions adapted to projects, in close collaboration with clients and FRIKE Hüntwangen Calls for tenders and submissions Calculation, preparation, and tracking of bids and technical and after-sales service procedures Technical assistance for clients and small on-site interventions Guarantee of proactive after-sales service and support in achieving business objectives and company goals Your profile: Professional experience in external service with a background in technical distribution. Solid technical knowledge in the fields of electrotechnics and/or customer service and commercial skills: Interest in direct client contact and willingness to acquire new clients Experience and capability to successfully accompany long-term project cycles of up to two years Availability to travel: Willing to travel regularly in Switzerland (approximately 70% travel, 30% remote work). Language skills: French: very good written and oral proficiency German: good proficiency; ability to conduct internal meetings and read and interpret technical documents English or Italian: one of the commercial aspects and entrepreneurial spirit, particularly in bids and cost calculation Ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner with a high level of personal responsibility. Convincing and professional personality: reassuring, engaging, and client-oriented, as well as strong negotiation skills. Flexibility and stress resilience, combined with excellent MS Office skills.
