Technical Sales Engineer – Sheet Metal & Automation

Do you want to go beyond sales and actively contribute to the development of a growing industrial market?

In this role, you are responsible for the development of Romandy and drive the growth of modern sheet metal solutions. You act as the interface between the customer, technical teams, and the execution of industrial projects.

With sites in Tägerwilen (TG), Reichenburg (SZ), and Moudon (VD), we are firmly established in Switzerland and are expanding our presence in Romandy.

YOUR TASKS

• Active market development in Romandy and acquisition of new customers (industry, metal construction, ventilation, building envelope)
• Management and development of existing customer relationships
• Technical advice on laser cutting, bending, and automation solutions
• Analysis of production processes directly at customers’ sites
• Preparation of technical offers in collaboration with the internal department
• Contribution to the commercial development of your sector

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic technical training (mechanics, metal construction, machining, automation or equivalent)
• Knowledge of the sheet metal field and/or industrial machines (laser, bending, etc.)
• Experience in technical customer contact (sales, service, project management or technical support)
• Interest in industrial equipment and technical solutions
• Autonomous, structured working style with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ease in customer relations and commercial development
• Good level of German (min. B1) for internal collaboration
