Technical Manager / Site Manager – Sanitary, Heating, Hydraulic (M/F) – Switzerland – sites & Technical Projects – hydraulic irrigation, pumping, rainwater. We are a company specialized in technical systems related to water: irrigation, pumping, rainwater, and networks. We work on demanding projects, where execution quality, assembly precision, and cleanliness are key objectives: delivering clean, reliable, and efficient techniques. We are looking for a Technical Manager / Site Manager capable of taking charge of technical sites and becoming, in the medium term, the technical reference of one. Initially, you will be primarily on-site. Gradually, you will take on responsibilities for the coordination and supervision of missions. Phase 1 (during the technical sites): - Hydraulic networks, irrigation, pumping- Precise, structured, and clean assembly- Technical support to installers- Quality control of assemblies and sites- Distribution and support of on-site teams - Interface between the office and the site, and resolution of technical issuesPhase 2 (expanded responsibilities in the medium term): - Supervision of several on-site teams - Implementation of assembly and quality standards - Contribution to the company’s technical developmentProfile: - Experience in hydraulic / pool systems - Solid site experience - Sense of quality work, precision, rigor - Ability to take on responsibilities - Structured, reliable, solution-oriented mindset Experience in irrigation is a plus but not a requirement.
