We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Technical Manager. You will be responsible for the technical management of multiple sites, including the maintenance of buildings, as well as overseeing maintenance requests. If you are autonomous, responsive, have excellent capacity, and a strong sense of customer service, this position is for you. You will play a key role in the continuity of the sites and will be responsible for managing technical work while ensuring a quality service. Your Tasks: - Organize technical activities - Control and monitor activity and oversee the monthly maintenance tasks - Be the point of contact for the client’s management - Plan the work of janitors and provide internal documents and for audits - Initiate and oversee small tasks related to an on-call service - Ensure follow-up, including reporting on activities performed on behalf of the client (KPI) Your Profile: - CFC in the field of activity - Good knowledge in the technical field of buildings and projects - Experience in team management - Knowledge of German and a good command of standard tools (MS Office) - Comfortable with client tasks, strong team spirit - Flexibility in travel - Strong sense of responsibility We are represented in around fifty countries and our approximately 500 employees give ISS a multicultural face.
