Substitute within the Accommodation, Living Spaces & Activities Competence Domain, you will work in homes welcoming adults in need of sustained support. The days are punctuated by daily life tasks, structured activities, and essential moments. You will support individuals with or without ASD, with varied needs, by adapting your interventions to their pace, their abilities, and their modes of communication. The framework is structured and secure, with interdisciplinary work and tools such as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
