In our sector, we are looking for a Socioprofessional Master or Mistress. Your mission ______________________________________Ensure the support and socioprofessional inclusion of individuals in adapted employment through adapted production activities and continuous training that promote skill development and the maintenance of acquired competencies. Ensure the smooth functioning of the sector through management and development. Develop activities and adapt the environment considering the needs and potential of individuals. Foster a team dynamic that allows for support and growth while accompanying individuals in their projects. Profile _________________________________________Holder of a socioprofessional Master or Mistress diploma, or failing that, a clear willingness to engage in the process; CFC baker or pastry chef or an equivalent title is essential; Confirmed professional experience in the traditional sector, with a spirit of proposing varied quality products; Previous experience in supporting individuals in adapted employment; Proven ability to transmit knowledge and train teams, establishing a working environment that is respectful, secure, and motivating, promoting well-being and engagement; Knowledge of HACCP standards and ability to apply them on a daily basis; Proficiency in tools and office activities: details to be agreed upon.What we offer you _____________________________A varied and responsible position, rooted in strong values; A stimulating professional environment; Excellent working conditions and infrastructure.
