Démarche is a company with no recognized social utility founded in March in Yverdon-les-Bains. Démarche is a learning and civic company that brings together 13 structures or brands, all of which are engaged in developing human potential through various economic and cultural activities. Its objective is dual: to strengthen employability and support integration into the labor market. Do you have a HES/ES degree in social work or an equivalent qualification? Do you have experience in supporting people, particularly young adults? Do you have 3 to 5 years of experience in social support? Are you knowledgeable about the social network, support systems, and professional pathways in the canton of Vaud? Do you have the ability to build trust and work in a multidisciplinary team? As part of a new integration measure with the DGEJ, Démarche is looking for its new project Avec Toit based in Clarens, a social worker (CDI 70% to 90%). The Avec Toit project aims to provide individualized support to about ten young adults around 18 years old and a temporary housing solution in our residence in Clarens while finding housing. A team consisting of two social workers, an assistant social worker, and a housing specialist will oversee these individuals. The social worker is responsible for ensuring that residents are accompanied in their procedures and personal matters, helping them reintegrate and ensuring compliance with the establishment's rules of conduct. They promote self-confidence restoration, personal, social, and professional skill development to facilitate social and professional integration.
