The position starts on May 1st or as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities include advising employees of different hierarchical levels and professional groups on their personal, family, health, and financial issues, as well as on difficulties encountered in the workplace. You are the contact person and advisor for companies in various sectors that you are connected with, and you maintain close contact with human resources managers and supervisors. You willingly contribute to the development of our offerings, maintain relationships with existing clients, and leverage your network in Switzerland. You hold a degree in social work from a specialized university or university and have several years of professional experience in social consulting, ideally in a professional context. You have very good knowledge of French and German (both spoken and written) and can easily switch between languages and corporate cultures. You enjoy conducting counseling interviews and have experience in short-term consulting focused on objectives and solutions. You are a versatile and committed person who can approach different interest groups in an engaging and competent manner. You are interested in the diversity of topics and the approach to social consulting in companies, and you quickly familiarize yourself with internal processes.
