To complete our teams at the CMS of Ecublens, we are looking for a Social Assistant at 70%. Your main tasks: Accompany and support clients in matters related to social insurance and in the framework of the peace court. Inform and guide clients in searching for a place of welcome and accommodation and assist them in the necessary procedures. Help manage the financial affairs of individuals losing their autonomy. Coordinate interventions with clients, their relatives, and various participants. Participate in the care project for clients followed by the CMS. Your profile and skills: Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in social work with a focus on social services or an equivalent qualification. Confirmed experience in the social or medico-social field. Good knowledge of social insurance and the Vaud medico-social network. Ability to work independently as well as in an interdisciplinary team. Listening skills and a valid driver’s license along with a vehicle. We offer: Working conditions according to the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) in the Vaud parapublic health sector.
