Social Worker at % Fixed-term contractLa de Nant organizes all public care for the East Vaud region. It assumes public health responsibilities at the request of the Canton of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. To complete its team in the Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service (SPPA), La de Nant is opening a position for a Social Worker at % Fixed-term contract.THE MISSIONIn this Social Worker position, you will work within the adult psychiatry and psychotherapy service. Your mission will consist of working in an interdisciplinary team and intervening with patients presenting social issues in connection with the therapeutic project.WE OFFERThe Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service (SPPA) is one of the three services of La de Nant, tasked with organizing and providing care in the East Vaud region. The major objectives of this service's clinical activities are access to care, entry into care, integrated psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment of mental disorders, as well as the psychosocial rehabilitation of the patient with a global goal of recovery. Social workers work within interdisciplinary teams, provide their expertise on social issues, and accompany the patient with a perspective of autonomy and in connection with the therapeutic project.WE ARE LOOKING FORA person with a degree in social work (or a title deemed equivalent), having good knowledge of social insurance. Ideally, the candidate should have professional experience, know the Vaud socio-sanitary network, and be sensitive to psychiatry.
