Social offer at 80% Pacifique, through its program 'Jeunes en mer (JEM), offers break stays for institutions of juvenile justice and child protection in French-speaking Switzerland for youth aged 14 to 18, aboard its program. 'Jeunes en mer' provides supervision in Switzerland and on board to enable these adolescents to envision new perspectives. Type of contract: CDI. Workplace: Geneva (city center) and at sea in the EU and outside the EU. We offer: autonomy, a warm and dynamic environment. Holidays: 5 weeks, one of which must be taken between Christmas and New Year's. Miscellaneous: staff mission on land supervision of the youth in the JEM program, X - You. Construction, monitoring, and updating of individual projects for the youth. Setting up, managing, and fully monitoring the youth's files. Networking with families and partners, including those related to the care of the youth. Constituting and organizing groups for embarkations in close collaboration with the JEM team. Reporting and evaluating the progress of the youth. Being a point of contact for the youth upon their return to the network at sea with the group of youths, acting as a reference for two months per year concerning the functioning of life on board. Respecting and ensuring the youth adhere to the guidelines on board and within the JEM program, X, people on board, and keeping a simple accounting related to the personal expenses of the youth on board (excluding food). Evaluating, preparing reports, and communicating necessary information about the youth to the responsible person. DESIRED PROFILEDue to the composition of the team, priority will be given to females. Bachelor of Arts HES-SO in Social Work or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with an adolescent audience aged 14 to 18. Good knowledge of the social network in Romandy (particularly Geneva) and its institutions. Flexibility for 2 sequences at sea of two months each per year. Interest in sports, sailing, and the environment. Excellent command of French (oral and written), good knowledge of English, and familiarity with Word and Excel tools. Swiss or valid permit and residence in Geneva or French-speaking Switzerland. Age group: ~ years. Clean criminal record (ordinary and special).QUALITIESAutonomy, ability, and ease in crisis management. Good interpersonal skills, great discretion in case management.
