Whether paired up or working autonomously, you conduct in-depth assessments of key profiles, relying on proven methods such as conducting structured interviews, custom role plays, exercises, and behavior decoding. You analyze skills and competencies rigorously and relevantly to produce reliable diagnostics and identify development areas. Based on your analyses, you write clear, objective, and nuanced reports, providing valuable feedback for both the client and the assessed individual. You also contribute to our tools, to improving our processes, and, of course, to the growth and development of our clientele. Your profile: We are looking for professionals with a higher degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field, as well as confirmed experience in skills assessment or talent development. Reliability, a sense of commitment, intellectual rigor, and the ability to analyze and synthesize are essential qualities for succeeding in this role. Comfortable in demanding professional contexts, you know how to interact with executives and leaders thanks to your communication skills and the accuracy of your assessments. Equipped with excellent writing skills, you can translate complex information into structured analyses and reformulate them into clear, objective, and precise insights, which serve as a valuable aid to decision-making.
