Join us and become a Holy Cow! ambassador.Shift Supervisor / NovilleFor our Holy Cow! restaurant in Noville, we are looking for a highly motivated Shift Supervisor, starting as soon as possible or by agreement.Requirements- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a dynamic environment (volume, pace, standards)- Capable of taking responsibility for a shift and giving clear instructions- Fast and rigorous: you maintain the level of cleanliness and quality even during rush hours- Comfortable with direct feedback, and capable of correcting without creating tension- Fluent French essential; English or other languages welcome- Reliable: punctuality, consistency, and respect for proceduresTasks- Manage a shift from A to Z: briefing, distribution of stations, pace monitoring, kitchen/service- Be ready for opening at 11:00 AM: complete setup, team in place, stations prepared- Ensure fast, clean service in compliance with standards (quality, hygiene, food safety)- Work at stations according to needs: Grill cooking; Fryer management; Burger preparation: assembly, plating, sending; Prep: cutting vegetables and fresh sauces; Dishwashing: dishes and maintaining a clean station; Cleaning: cleaning fryers and respecting the cleaning plan; Cash register: welcome, taking orders, payment, upselling- Perform a complete closing: cleaning, restocking, securing, and locking up- Ensure daily reporting with precision: Daily orders; Daily tracking of hours worked; Cash counting and control- Availability for closings (until 11:30 PM), weekends, and holidays- Customer service: sales management and advice- Opening and closing of the restaurant (until 11:30 PM depending on schedule), with control of end-of-shift standardsBenefits- A lively work atmosphere with varied tasks in an environment with HOLY COW! standards, checklists, and shift routines, with on-the-job coaching by the Manager and the team- Personal reduction: 50% on a menu of your choice throughout Switzerland- Evolution possibilities after validation of skills (standards, leadership, and availability): Shift Supervisor → Assistant Manager → Manager → Area Manager- Benefits with our partnersApply jid4a7fa2aaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
