Shift Supervisor / Noville
For our Holy Cow! restaurant in Noville, we are looking for a highly motivated Shift Supervisor immediately or at an agreed date
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in catering, in a dynamic environment (volume, pace, standards)
- Capable of taking responsibility for a shift and giving clear instructions
- Fast and thorough: you maintain cleanliness and quality even during rush hours
- Comfortable with direct feedback, and able to correct without creating tension
- Fluent French essential; English an asset, other languages welcome
- Reliable: punctuality, consistency, and adherence to procedures
Tasks
- Manage a shift from A to Z: briefing, allocation of posts, monitoring pace, kitchen/service coordination
- Be ready for opening at 11:00: full setup, team in place, posts prepared
- Ensure fast, clean service in line with standards (quality, hygiene, food safety)
- Work on posts as needed: Grill cooking; Fryer management; Burger assembly: construction, plating, sending; Preparation: vegetable cutting and fresh sauce preparation; Dishwashing: washing and maintaining a clean station; cleaning fryers and following cleaning schedule; Cash register: welcoming, taking orders, payment, natural upselling
- Complete closing duties: cleaning, restocking, securing and locking up
- Accurately handle daily administration: daily orders; daily validation of hours worked; cash counting and control
- Availability for closing shifts (until 23:30), weekends and split shifts
- Customer relations: satisfaction, complaint handling, sales and advice
- Opening and closing the restaurant (until 23:30 depending on schedule), with end-of-shift standards control
