Join our team!To strengthen its team, the School of Health Sciences of the HES-SO Valais-Wallis is advertising the following position:Scientific Assistant UAS (50%)Your mission- Define and implement a shared pedagogical vision for the Learning group and a structured, coherent, and sustainable management of the group and its activities- Strengthen collaboration and transversality between sites, programs, and involved stakeholders- Develop and structure institutional mechanisms for pedagogical support- Implement mechanisms for monitoring and continuous improvement of teaching practices- Contribute to the connection between pedagogy, practice, and researchYour profile- Degree in pedagogy, educational sciences, or an equivalent field (minimum Master's level)- Solid understanding of higher education challenges in the health sector- Proven experience in project management and steering, ideally in an academic or institutional context- Experience in research or pedagogical development- Knowledge in pedagogy and digital learning- Leadership and communication skills- Native speaker of French or German with good knowledge of the other languageActivity rate 50%Workplace SionStart date September 1stUpon request, you will be provided with all desired information regarding the job description.
