Experienced Property Manager - Investor SideAs an Experienced Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and professional management of a real estate portfolio. You will play a key role in portfolio management and in the management of the investor side.Our client is a major Swiss investor whose real estate portfolio is composed of residential and commercial assets.MissionsAs part of this position, your main activities will be as follows:- Autonomous management of a mixed portfolio.- Complete management of the leasing process and procedures, and monitoring of the real estate budget, reporting, and forecasts.- Management of service charge statements, invoice control, rent collection, and monitoring of recovery measures.- Supervision of building maintenance: analysis of their condition, planning of work, and maintenance of their value in compliance with the owner's strategy.- Representation of the owner before authorities and tenants.Profile- Federal Diploma in Property Management or equivalent.- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Property Manager in Switzerland.- Experience as a Team Leader would be ideal.- Very good knowledge of tenancy and construction law.- Ability to work in a team, enjoying contact with people.- Customer-oriented and good sense of service.- Good organizational skills, analytical mind, good stress management, ease with numbers.- Excellent command of French.Conditions and Benefits- Excellent working conditions.- Human-sized team. jid7ba2e87aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
