For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Professional Benefits Manager on a permanent basis, between 80% and 100%, based in the canton of Vaud. The successful candidate will join the Professional Benefits department of the structure. Senior Professional Benefits Manager 80%-100% Our client is a reputable organization active in insurance brokerage and benefits in Switzerland and within the Professional Benefits Management department; Autonomous management of a portfolio of pension funds, according to regulatory and legal provisions; Advising and informing clients (insured parties and/or employees) on all aspects related to benefits; Responsible for all tasks related to the professional benefits of the insured, from their entry to their exit (processing housing property encouragements, divorce in professional benefits, etc.); Handling work incapacity matters in cooperation with the reinsurer of the pension fund and the client's human resources; Responsible for annual closing tasks, notably the coordination between management and accounting with experts, actuaries, accountants, and jurists; Client reporting and daily management to the office. Profile sought in benefits and/or insurance; Holder of a specialist certificate in social insurance, or a federal certificate in personnel benefits or another equivalent qualification; At least 5 years of experience in the field of professional benefits in Switzerland; Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written; Very good command of the German language, both spoken and written; Proficient in the English language; High rigor, a sense of service, autonomy, and team spirit.
