Don’t be shy, apply!Senior Infrastructure & Facilities Technician – Center & Critical EnvironmentWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Infrastructure & Facilities Technician to join our Campus Services – Building Infrastructure team. This role plays a key part in maintaining, evolving, and securing critical technical environments, including Center infrastructure and building technical infrastructure. This position requires strong expertise combined with the ability to contribute to infrastructure evolution and technical management. Responsibilities include:- Manage Center Infrastructure rack, cable, and decommission servers, network equipment, and infrastructure components.- Perform installations and repairs (copper & fiber optic), including high-density and fiber systems.- Execute hardware upgrades, replacements, and technical maintenance within the Center.- Ensure power management (including controlled power distribution environments).- Maintain infrastructure asset tracking and physical mapping (DCIM) and supervise third-party interventions in secure areas.- Enforce strict access control and security procedures.- Contribute to capacity planning and infrastructure scalability.Critical Power & Technical Systems:- Support and maintain electrical infrastructure to Center environments, including: - Three-phase power distribution - Load balancing principles - UPS and power redundancy - Preventive and corrective maintenance of: - Cooling systems (HVAC / CVC) - Electrical distribution systems - Fire detection - Physical security systemsInfrastructure Evolution & Governance:- Depending on experience and seniority, the role may involve participation in technical design reviews.- Contribution to infrastructure upgrade planning and budget.- Participation in risk assessments related to critical infrastructure.- Proposing and improving compliance alignment with standards such as ISO and EN (or equivalent best practices).Profile:- Technical degree in IT infrastructure, electrotechnics, industrial systems, or equivalent.- Engineering degree (HES or equivalent) is an advantage.- 5+ years of experience in comparable environments.- Proven experience in Center and critical infrastructure.- Strong hands-on expertise in: - Fiber optic infrastructure (modern standards, high-density environments). - Structured cabling (copper & fiber). - Server & network equipment fundamentals in controlled IT environments.- Good understanding of network fundamentals (VLAN, IP, switching).- Familiarity with major vendors such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, APC is a plus.- Knowledge of DCIM practices.- Awareness of compliance and standards (ISO, EN).- Strong autonomy, analytical mindset, and sense of responsibility.Languages:- French: fluent with a solid technical level (able to communicate in professional and technical contexts).We Value:- Ownership mindset- Reliability and precision in critical environments- Continuous improvement approach- Ability to combine excellence with input jidfb61c40aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
