Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support change management processes.
  • Support managers on employee relations issues.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and career development programs.
  • Collaborate internally to deliver HR projects and initiatives.

Profile

Profile:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in an HR BP role, ideally having managed a small team or have the desire to develop a team.
  • Fluency in English and French. Good knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, Swiss employment law.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willing to travel across Romandie.
