Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Support change management processes.
- Support managers on employee relations issues.
- Provide guidance on performance management and career development programs.
- Collaborate internally to deliver HR projects and initiatives.
Profile
Profile:
- A strong educational background in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in an HR BP role, ideally having managed a small team or have the desire to develop a team.
- Fluency in English and French. Good knowledge of German is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, Swiss employment law.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willing to travel across Romandie.
