Join our client, an institution on a human scale where proximity, trust, and team spirit are at the heart of daily life, in order to actively contribute to the quality of Back Office Banking - Securities services.About the roleWithin a specialized team, you ensure the management of the securities flow. You play a pivotal role by coordinating actions between advisors and counterparties to guarantee quality service.Tasks- Ensure the rigorous management of the securities lifecycle, from the receipt of orders to the final settlement of transactions.- Fully manage the delivery and receipt of securities.- Process free-of-payment orders transmitted by advisors.- Ensure the billing of fees related to transfers.- Coordinate activities with the various counterparties.- Support advisors in tracking transfers and specific requests.- Monitor transaction settlement to ensure their completion.- Manage suspense items and support the activity of the Securities Back Office.We are looking for- Initial experience in banking back-office in securities.- Mastery of SWIFT messages and knowledge of Fitax and Olympic tools.- Professional proficiency in French.A plus if you possess- In-depth knowledge of software related to securities.To succeed in this position, your personal skills are as follows:- Ability to demonstrate team spirit and autonomy.- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity.- Good common sense.Recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes for all questions regarding the position to be addressed to Academic Work.
