We give our employees the freedom theyneed to creatively shape the future of the Vorwerk Group together with us.JOB RESPONSIBILITYLead sales negotiations with assigned distributors across the Middle East & Africa region, including support and guidance on product and sales aspectsDrive business growth, brand awareness and market presence within attributed markets, including demonstration processes, salesforce recruitment strategies, and compensation structuresIdentify, assess, and develop new distribution opportunities within the region, including market potential analysis and go-to-market considerationsManage and further develop contractual and commercial frameworks with existing and new distributors in the Middle East & Africa regionPlan, organize, and deliver market-relevant trainings for distributors, covering product knowledge, technical aspects, sales methodology, sales management, and company best practicesPartner with distributors to develop local business cases for the Digital Business in the region, ensuring alignment with regional customer behavior and sales structuresAct as the main interface between the Supply Chain and distributors in, ensuring efficient resolution of logistical and operational challengesYOUR PROFILEyears of experience in FMCG in roles such as Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Marketing Manager, with exposure to Middle Eastern / African marketsStrong understanding of distribution structures and consumer behavior in Middle East and AfricaExperience in direct selling is a strong advantageFluent in Arabic and English is essential, additional languages are an advantageExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate effectively across different Middle Eastern / African culturesStrong leadership skills with the ability to build trust with distributors, manage conflicts, and drive performance in diverse market environmentsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies jid9f92249a jit0208a jiy26a
