You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, assume your role in response to the competent authorities, and actively contribute to audit, quality, and incident management processes related to medication. You will play a central role in market analysis, therapeutics, particularly generics and biosimilars, and contribute to decisions within a structured framework. You will collaborate with doctors, nursing teams, and support functions to evolve processes, secure them, and support changes, particularly in the deployment of cross-cutting projects such as secure cabinets. You will participate in inter-clinic exchanges within the group, quality initiatives, pharmacovigilance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment where field expertise and the ability to persuade are essential.PROFILE:You are a pharmacist with confirmed experience in a hospital setting, ideally holding the FPH title in hospital pharmacy, or have equivalent expertise gained in the field, including in leadership roles, in Switzerland or abroad. Autonomous, you are capable of making decisions within a demanding framework while navigating comfortably within a group with sometimes complex processes. You stand out for your human qualities, your sense of collaboration, and your ability to establish constructive dialogue with doctors and internal partners.
