As a Manager, you are the primary contact for our clients and the guarantor of the quality of Facility Management services. Thanks to your technical expertise, you coordinate all financial and contractual activities for your portfolio.Main responsibilities:- Ensure the complete management of FM (hard & soft services) by guaranteeing technical compliance and adherence to quality, cost, and deadline objectives.- Maintain a relationship of trust with clients and ensure their satisfaction.- Supervise and coordinate technical and maintenance teams, ensuring reliable execution of interventions.- Leverage your solid technical skills (electricity, HVAC, building, minor maintenance) to analyze needs, advise, and guide decisions.- Manage small to medium-scale works, from planning to acceptance, ensuring safety and quality standards.- Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and propose technical and financial optimizations.- Participate in continuous improvement and sustainability projects.- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety requirements.Profile:- Higher technical education (CFC, federal diploma, ES, engineering, or FM).- Confirmed technical experience.- 3 to 5 years of experience in property management or FM, with a strong technical component and team management.- Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities.- Ease and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, CMMS, FM software).- Excellent command of the French language.What we offer:- Equans Switzerland Facility Management AGAs a leading provider of global solutions for buildings and energy in Switzerland, we support the performance and development of our clients and work together on the energy transition.
