For a state-of-the-art and innovative trust company in Lucerne, we are looking for an employee at the mandate management level starting autumn 2026.

Your Tasks

A task that is much more than just ticking off lists or maintaining numbers.
With us, you become part of the business reality of our clients - both nationally and internationally. You will gain insight into diverse business models, accompany demanding issues, and become a reliable contact person for modern trust work.

Independent management of financial accounting for a broad mandate portfolio
Responsibility for the complete processing of VAT returns
Collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Consulting and implementation of demanding tasks in payroll accounting, social insurance, and withholding tax
Taking on general trust tasks - tailored to your experience and interests

Our Requirements

You love accuracy, think entrepreneurially, and want to contribute your expertise.

Solid training in the trust sector (professional certificate or equivalent)
Several years of trust experience - you know the dynamics of this environment
Experience with Abacus ERP system
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Strong German and English skills; additional languages are welcome
