Delivery ManagerA major player in solutions in Switzerland and France, with a growing share of IEM X's strength in its ability to innovate and maintain synergy between the various trades involved. Founded and led by engineers, IEM X operates in a technical niche allowing for the development of the majority of products internally with technical constraints. In this framework, the IEM X Manager, responsible for all projects and products of IEM, will oversee and manage all delivery resources, plan and supervise all activities, translate them into execution plans, challenge and support team members (10 people) to remove obstacles and ensure commitments are met. You will ensure the quality of delivery by establishing common standards, quality reviews, and rigorous monitoring of responsibilities.Your responsibilities will include:- Translating strategies into concrete execution plans.- Supervising and monitoring delivery activities across the entire Design, Build, and Run scope, and ensuring the effective implementation of decisions arising from steering committees.- Ensuring consistency and continuity of deliveries, guaranteeing the compliance of deliverables with defined requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders to maintain delivery coherence.- Building and maintaining a consolidated overview of delivery activities (customer projects and standard products), identifying risks of planning deviations, and proposing corrective measures.- Ensuring proper execution of performance metrics (quality, deadlines, costs, client satisfaction, workload, and productivity).- Detecting major risks (technical, human, scheduling) and coordinating corrective action plans.- Supervising and uniting the team around ambitious goals and developing a culture of excellence.Qualifications:- Extensive experience (10 years or more) in delivery management or project management in an environment.- Mastery of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and monitoring tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).- Strong skills in workload management and performance monitoring (KPIs).- Good understanding of Cloud, DevOps, and ITIL environments, without direct technical posture.- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills in a multi-project context.- Leadership, a sense of rigor, and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.- Exemplarity in rigor, time management, and standards to inspire the team.- Stress management: excellent ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.- Excellent decision-making capabilities: assess and react effectively to changing situations, identify potential risks and opportunities, make timely and informed decisions, and know how to arbitrate.- Strong communication skills: establish solid relationships, interact with technical profiles, and explain decisions made while bringing multidisciplinary teams together.
