Missions: Ensure the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of care and autonomous care projects delegated by the medical authority, under the supervision of the IRUA. Supervise the support staff and ensure dialogue with residents, families and relatives, representatives, and externals. Ensure compliance with institutional rules, standards, and values as well as adherence to the residents' support policy. Collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams and within the health network. Desired profile: Degree in nursing (HES) or equivalent, CAS or equivalent course, along with one year of professional activity. Knowledge of standard tools such as Office and Carefolio. Autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills. Salary: according to the X CCT-SAN scale of the canton of Vaud. Start date: immediately or to be agreed.
