## Job Description ##
Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will oversee HR operations across an international scope:
* Manage and oversee **payroll operations across approximately 10 countries**, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Lead **compensation topics** and coordinate the remuneration committee
* Drive the **management and optimization of the HRIS**
* Supervise and support a **small HR team**
* Oversee the full **employee lifecycle** (onboarding, employee management, offboarding)
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience in **international HR operations**
* Strong expertise in **multi-country payroll and HR administration**
* Good command of **HRIS systems**
* Ability to work in a **fast-paced, multicultural environment**
* Strong leadership and service-oriented mindset
