For our partner, a recognized institutional player in strong growth in the real estate sector, we are looking for a Real Due Diligence Officer to strengthen their Asset Management department, a key position at the heart of real estate acquisition and management decisions on a large scale with frequent travel depending on the needs. This position is particularly addressed to professionals in real estate or asset management with solid field and analytical experience (property management or real estate analysis), wishing to evolve in a transversal role with high added value, in direct connection with the Due Diligence Officers in the Asset Management department. You play a central role in the analysis and monitoring of real estate assets. Your main missions are as follows:- Active involvement in due diligence for real estate acquisition including all types of site visits, lease analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities. - Analysis of maintenance needs and investment requirements based on all technical data, and related to the due diligence processing and monitoring for asset management definition and tracking. - Monitoring the onboarding and closing processes with external partners (brokers, experts, property management companies, authorities), closely collaborating with Asset Managers and Property Managers for ad-hoc scenarios for the sales process review, analyses, and support as needed.Your profile:- Confirmed professional experience of at least 2 years in property management, asset management, or a comparable real estate environment.- Federal diploma, bilingual in French/German (oral and written); good level of English required.- Very good knowledge of the Swiss market.- Proficiency in analyzing real estate data and monitoring assets.- Availability for frequent travel in German-speaking Switzerland.- Mastery of common office tools (Microsoft Office).- Analytical mindset, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and excellence in a structured institutional real estate environment.- Direct exposure to investment decisions and large-scale asset management.- Real opportunities for career advancement within the Asset Management department.- Conditions in line with the responsibilities of the position.About us:At Safeguard Global Switzerland, we specialize in staff leasing (temporary and permanent personnel placement) and offer personalized solutions to support companies in their recruitment needs, throughout Switzerland and beyond.
